Real estate is one of the most popular investments among Czech retail and qualified investors. What are the prospects for individual segments of the real estate market on the threshold of 2023? Roman Latuske (ZDR Investments), Milorad Mišković (Opportunity Real Estate Fund) and Pavel Rydzyk (YD Capital) discussed this in a debate organized by Premium Media Group in cooperation with Investiční web.

Due to the current cooling of developers' appetite for new construction, the lowest number of new apartments will come onto the market in Prague next year, a historic low. According to investor and developer Milorad Miškovič, this is the reason why their prices will definitely not fall.

Opportunity Real Estate Fund SICAV (hereafter OREF) targets for its investors stable investments and an annual net return higher than eight percent. The fund, which is backed by the strong investment and development group Karlin Port Real Estate.

The long-time director and partner of Karlín Group, a. s., left his position in 2012 to focus on his own development projects in his company Karlin Port Real Estate, while remaining a shareholder of Karlín Group, a. s., and will continue to participate in activities related to selected development projects.

To Serbian developer MILORAD MIŠKOVIĆ, who was responsible for, among other things, the revitalization of Prague's Karlín district and is part of well-known large projects in Prague, Rohan City and Smíchov City, the Czech Republic is small.

The well-known Czech economist Jiří Schwarz has become Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Opportunity Real Estate Fund. Established within the Karlin Port Real Estate investment and development group, this fund aimed at qualified investors has complied with the necessary formalities and entered the next phase of its existence. The first properties have been acquired in sub-funds and now they are looking forward to the first wave of interested investors.

Together with the Pink Crocodile team, we believe that children with a combined disability can do everything like other children in the general population, only they need more help from others. Therefore, the organization established a Pink Crocodile School for them. With an extensive integration program, which was inspired by similar projects from Great Britain and the USA.

Together with the international organization Pink Crocodile, we support education and services for children with severe combined disabilities. Simultaneously the organization strives to promote the rights of these children. Their adequate participation in society and to enhance their standard of living.
