Dalibor started his business career in London after successful university graduation, he earned MSc. degree with specialization in Investment Banking and International Trade at Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague and immediately following graduation he spent a year in Australia enjoying traveling and life.

In 2008 he joined team of Roger Carlsson – Swedish billionaire, investor and philanthrope. Dalibor worked closely with Roger and Najam in their hedge fund and proprietary trading platform with focus on futures, commodities, currencies, fixed income, stocks etc. Roger´s team along with London City energy and demand was a steep learning curve for a fresh graduate.

In 2010 after moving most of UK based activities and Roger to Singapore, Dalibor joined AXA Investment Managers, in particular their Fund of Hedge Fund department, following further transformation of AXA IM post credit crunch, Dalibor oversaw COO Office of Multi Asset Class Solution covering various duties such as fund valuation, asset pricing, trade processing, hedging, treasury, reporting, client relationship, etc.

In 2015 he moved back to the Czech Republic and joined APS – leading non-performing loan investor and manager – utilizing London experience he build the Fund Management department and robust investment platform. Later Dalibor was responsible for client relationship and fundraising and helped APS acquire private and institutional investors such as EBRD, IFC – part of World Bank or UK and US based large investors such as Balbec Capital, Anacap Financial Partners, Deutsche Bank, Attestor Capital, Razor Capital etc. The investment division grew over few years exponentially to the total AUM close to EUR 1 billion. Additionally, he sat as a vice-chairman on the board of self-governed credit fund – Loan Management QIF – with equity invested close to EUR 100 million in NPL opportunities across CEE and SEE region.
