we wanted to take a moment to let you know that a couple of weeks ago KARLIN PORT REAL ESTATE successfully completed another real estate transaction.

Our group, lead by our managing partners, Milorad Miskovic and Miki Goldshtein, in cooperation with two of our investment partners, acquired two interconnected income producing real estate assets in Prague 5 locality for approx. 22 million Euros.

KARLIN PORT REAL ESTATE would hereby like to thank Deloitte, our tax and audit advisors, as well as Havel Holasek & Partners and VHK Partners, our legal advisors, in this complex transaction.

The above said, we would further like to inform you that KARLIN PORT REAL ESTATE team, have, within last 12 months, participated in two further successful acquisitions in Prague. Total project investments in last three projects is amounting to approximately 100 million Euros.

Mr. Milorad Miškovič is a real estate professional with 20 years experience in Prague, Czech Republic and SEE real estate markets. He began his career working with one of the leading real estate advisory groups, Muller International and thereafter with Jones Lang La Salle. He was later commercial director and partner at the leading Prague real estate company, Karlin Group and CEO for business development of one of the largest residential development groups, Daramis.

Mr. Miskovic is a partner at Karlin Port Real Estate, ECP Real Estate, ECPI Energy and Pan Continental Group. He is currently engaged as the advisor to the chairman of the Sekyra Group and also advisor to the president of Czech-China Entrepreneurs Forum.

Mr. Miki Goldshtein is a real estate professional with more than 12 years experience in Prague, Czech Republic, Poland and CEE real estate markets. He began his career working with one of the leading development companies, Ronson Poland. He was CFO and CEO of Israeli real estate company Necity Group and CFO of Prague residential development group, Daramis. Mr. Goldstein is a partner at Karlin Port Real estate and Oro Group. He is currently closely cooperating with several large Israeli green-energy investors, hi-tech and ecology companies.
